Flax Hill Park a huge success

A big thanks for everyone who came out to Flax Hill today to help us clean up. It was a great success and we really got a whole lot of garbage out and now its up to those who use it to pick up after themselves. After this we will be arrainging to clean up Ryan Park and other places in town. We hope to get many more teens involved as well as parents and community leaders. Unfortunately because of the rain last night and during the week the baseball diamond was unplayable so we didn’t get to hold the game we had planned but hopefully next time around we will have sunshine and blue skies and lots of people to have a good game.

Cleanup supplies have been donated from the city

Bring a glove a bat and a ball
Teens, bring your Parents and Parents bring your Teens

After the cleanup we will initiate some fun
to kick off spring and a clean healthy park.

For those who don’t care to play, bring a chair, a picnic lunch and watch. It should be great fun.
